Monthly Sessions: Workshops led by Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers, share circles, and peer discussions.

Online Modules: Self-paced learning on key topics. Ongoing Support: Continuous engagement with participants through follow-up sessions and resources.

Outcome: Sustained cultural competency, ongoing growth, and the ability to lead with cultural awareness embedded in day-to-day operations.
