LEADERSHIP
The IndigiRise Leadership Program supports managers, supervisors, frontline staff, facilitators, mentors, Chief and Council, administration teams and emerging leaders in developing the self-awareness and skills needed to lead people in a culturally grounded way.

Organizations do not need to have delivered the Life Skills Program to participate. When leaders support participants who have completed Life Skills, the Leadership Program also helps them understand and reinforce the teachings over the long term.
