PRE-EMPLOYMENT

Your skills. Your future. Your next step. IndigiRise Pre-Employment is a culturally grounded, Indigenous-led program that helps participants build workplace confidence, practical employment skills and a clear path forward.

Employment readiness starts before the resume. Skills matter, and so do confidence, stability, self-awareness and support. IndigiRise helps participants strengthen the personal and practical foundations needed to pursue meaningful employment: not simply find a job, but feel prepared to enter, navigate and grow within the workplace.

Ready to Apply

Develop résumés, practise interviews, explore career pathways and learn effective job-search strategies.

Ready to Work

Strengthen communication, workplace expectations, reliability, problem-solving and the skills needed to maintain employment.
