Our Indigenous facilitation team brings together lived experience, cultural knowledge and professional expertise to create meaningful spaces for learning, reflection and growth. Facilitators are selected based on the program, participant needs and community context.

Natasha Delany, MBA

Founder, Executive Director and Lead Facilitator

Natasha Delany (née Saddleback) is a member of Samson Cree Nation, an Indigenous entrepreneur, facilitator and mother of five. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA.

Her leadership is grounded in lived experience, recovery, education and the transformation of personal and systemic barriers into strength, purpose and service. Natasha integrates Indigenous worldview, trauma-informed practice, ceremony and mindset training to help participants reconnect with identity, confidence and possibility.

Corey Delany

Chief Operating Officer and Co-Facilitator

Corey Delany is a member of the Métis Nation of Alberta, a ceremonial Indigenous man and the Chief Operating Officer of Indigenous Projects and Events.

His facilitation is rooted in lived experience, accountability, cultural reconnection and sustained recovery. Corey brings a calm, steady presence and supports spaces where participants can explore responsibility, healthy relationships and Indigenous leadership in action.

Pamela Spurvey

Indigenous Wellness Facilitator and Recovery Life Skills Coach

​

Pamela Spurvey is a Cree woman from Beaver Lake Cree Nation. She works as an Indigenous Wellness Coordinator at Henwood Treatment Centre and as a Recovery Life Skills Coach and Mentor for Drug Treatment Courts across Alberta.

​

With more than 17 years of personal recovery, Pamela draws on lived experience with substance use, mental health struggles, homelessness, the criminal system and foster care. Her work centres culturally inclusive care, advocacy and helping people reconnect with spirit, hope and voice.

Geraldine “Ger” Carriere

Facilitator, Learning and Development Professional and Founder of Wild Woman

Ger is an Indigenous facilitator, speaker, entrepreneur, author, movement coach and performer whose roots are grounded in Cumberland House, Saskatchewan.

She brings professional experience in Human Resources and Learning and Development, along with studies in sociology, psychology, social work and entrepreneurship. Ger creates welcoming spaces that incorporate Indigenous worldview, matriarchal teachings, spirituality, creativity and reflection to help participants reconnect with identity, intuition and personal power.

Adrian LaChance

Cree Facilitator, Life Skills Coach and Cultural Educator

Adrian LaChance is a Cree facilitator, life skills coach, cultural educator and Men’s Traditional powwow dancer from James Smith Cree Nation in Saskatchewan.

Through life skills work in Treaty 8 territory, Adrian supports participants in recognizing their strengths, developing practical skills and becoming helpers within their families and communities. His facilitation is grounded in kindness, humility, accountability, cultural identity and the responsibility to carry teachings forward.

Adrian creates culturally grounded spaces where participants feel respected and encouraged to reconnect with their gifts, ask for support and create meaningful change in their lives.

Our Facilitation Approach

IndigiRise creates culturally grounded, trauma-informed learning environments that respect each participant’s experiences, choices and boundaries. Our facilitators honour local protocols and community context while balancing teaching, reflection, discussion and practical application.
